North Star Style-103 is pure PTFE Interlock braided packing manufactured from PTFE Impregnated yarn treated with high temperature resistant lubricants. It has characteristic of high compressibility, flexibility, dimensional stability & low co- efficient of friction. North Star Style-103 is suitable for general purpose application & suitable for stationary & dynamic application.

North Star Style-102 is interlock braided gland packing manufactured from pure PTFE Fiber yarn incorporate with special flouropolymer dispersion. This dimensional stable packing has high compressibility & low co-efficient of friction.

Dry PTFE Yarn Packing

Composition :

North Star Style -101 is duplex braided FOOD GRADE gland packing manufactured from pure PTFE fiber yarn without any additives. Dry PTFE fiber ensures safety & purity of the fluid media. It is recommended for oxygen services and oxydizing media. It is characterized by unusual flexibility that allows easier matching with components being sealed. High chemical resistant to aggressive media is the most important characteristics of North Star Style -101.

Graphite Valve Packing

North Star Style-301 MS is manufacture from premium grade flexible graphite yarn with alloy wire reinforcement. North Star Style-301 MS is universal packing for static sealing. It is thoroughly impregnated with graphite base dispersion incorporation with sacrificial metal corrosion inhibitor. The soft expanded graphite fibers are secured by strong alloy steel wire which ensures flexibility for wrapping around diameter of spindle & shaft. Moreover it can withstand high temperature & pressure also.

North Star Style-921 is interlock braided combination of packing manufactured from Non Asbestos fiber yarn. Unique combination of manmade fiber & natural fiber ensures high compressibility & excellent heat transfer. North Star Style-921 is excellent packing manufacture from carbon fiber jacket & flexible graphite yarn core. These combination ensures very low thermal expansion, good dimension stability & creep resistance under high pressure application.

PTFE & Aramid Yarn Packing

Composition :

NORTH STAR STYLE-931 is a combination of special tough but smooth Aramid Yarn & pure PTFE Yarn. Aramid yarn at corner provides dimensional stability. This unique structure provides greater structural strength & its excellent property gives longer service life.North Star Style- 931 is very low thermal expansion, good dimensional stability & creep resistance under high pressure application. Aramid yarn at the corner avoids corner failure in reciprocating & Plunger pump.

Graphite Filled PTFE & Aramid Yarn Packing

Composition :

North Star Style-911 is a combination of special tough but smooth aramid yarn & graphite filled PTFE yarn. Aramid yarn at corner provides dimensional stability & graphite filled PTFE yarn on the sides of the packing imparts thermal conductivity & lubricity for cooler shaft running.
North Star Style- 911 is resistance to abrasion. Excellent heat dispersion properties & cool run provides extra life to the packing. Aramid yarn at the corner avoids corner failure in reciprocating & plunger pump. This anti extrusion packing has excellent dimensional stability even at high pressure & perform excellent in rotary & reciprocating application.

Aramid Yarn Packing

Composition :

North Star Style-201 is high density braided gland packing made from premium quality aramid filament yarn impregnated with PTFE. Extremely tough but smooth aramid fiber yarn duplex braided packing perform exceptional against abrasive media in adverse condition. Incorporation of high temperature break in lubricant provides lubricity, flexibility, resiliency with excellent thermal & dimensional stability. Due to very good strength aramid fiber is widely used for sealing abrasive media with high pressure working condition. Aramid provide excellent sealing & dimensional stability to packing.

Flexible Graphite Yarn with Inconel Wire Jacketed Packing

Composition :

North Star Style-301 MIJ is manufactured from premium grade flexible graphite yarn (carbon content 99.5 % to 99.9%) with inconnel wire reinforcement in each stand. Each yarn is jacketed with inconnel wire mesh. The reinforcement & jacketing with inconnel wire mesh in each yarns enable the packing to withstand extreme mechanical stress and cyclic loads. North Star Style-301 MIJ is universal packing for static sealing to handle saturated & superheated steam. It is thoroughly impregnated with graphite base dispersion incorporation with sacrificial metal corrosion inhibitor. The soft expanded graphite fiber secure by extra strong inconnel wire which ensures flexibility for wrapping around diameter of spindle & shaft. Moreover it can withstand high temperature & pressure also.

Flexible Graphite Yarn Packing

Composition :

North Star Style-301 is manufactured from premium grade flexible graphite yarn with E-glass fiber reinforcement. North Star Style-301 is universal packing for static & dynamic sealing. It is chemically inert & resilient packing. Self lubrication & high thermal conductivity is main characteristic of these packing. The packing has also incorporation of sacrificial metal corrosion inhibitor to avoid galvanic corrosion on parent body.

Pure Graphite Filled PTFE Yarn Packing

North Star Style-902 SPE is manufactured from ultra pure graphite filled PTFE fiber yarn. Excellent combination of pure graphite & PTFE in homogeneous mixer yarn in single molecular structure helps dissipating heat generate during operation & prevent expansion leading to avoid jamming.
